As children, our experiences have shaped the decisions we have made about life, ourselves, and others. We have also had feelings about these experiences that we did not know how to express; so we shut down and denied how we felt. These unresolved feelings and the decisions that we have made are stored below our level of awareness. Because we cannot see them or feel them, we think that they are not there and yet they are running us. Our denied feelings from the past are keeping us from experiencing love and joy in the present.
During the weekend, you will experience deep healing from unresolved pain that has occurred in your life. It is a place to work quickly through many layers of negative emotions. As a participant, you will be held in a safe and structured environment where you can express yourself without judgment. This will allow you to release the burden of loneliness, fear and sadness. You will then regain your passion for living, discover your real desires, experience the freedom of self-acceptance, and re-connect with the source of pure love at the soul of your existence.
The course is a powerful two and a half day personal experience. You will gain many tools, including a meditation that will enable you to open up emotionally, live calmly, and think more clearly. There are also powerful exercises that will give you valuable insight to deepen your relationship with yourself.
